This was done after having difficulty with the previous Moscow card. The back of the postcard shows a group of student artists, either students or hobbyists, during summer practice at Tsaritsyno park in Moscow.Ĭoloured ink was used for most of the colours for sturdiness during the voyage via post, but some watercolours were added as well to expand the palette. The postcard is from Finland, and shows a photo of Tove Jansson in her studio in Helsinki. The protest was not permitted by the authorities. The scene is October 7th protest in 2017 at Pushkinskaya Square in support of Alexey Navalny. This drawing is a postcard version of a previously published artwork with Steve Wozniak visiting Apple Museum in Moscow. The first scene is drawn on the back of a postcard with a copy of a fragment of “The Red Square” painting by Viktor Vasnetsov. The second scene is drawn on the back of a postcard with an 1930s-1950s style illustration by an unknown author with a residential building on Krasnoprudnaya street. Postcard: Autumn in Kuskovo park II Postcard: Autumn in Kuskovo park II The scene is one of the lesser alleys of the forest park, not cleared from falling leaves, thus below the carpet of leaves remains. The text on the postcard reads “(the dog) barks viciously but as soon you pass looks at you with guilt”. The third scene is drawn on a postcard by Lena Zhukovskaya and Andrei Shayahov. These three postcards show different autumn scenes at Kuskovo forest-park on the east of Moscow, all done in black and coloured ink.
